For three decades, architect Linda D’Orazio MacArthur, AIA has been creating singular homes. From bespoke luxury residences, to high-end multi-million dollar spec homes; to full renovations of historic homes; to acting as the Town Architect of Record for notable developments, Linda MacArthur has a broad and diverse portfolio that spans traditional, transitional, and modern architecture.

As a native of Atlanta and a graduate of the Georgia Tech School of Architecture, Linda also spent some time in other places before opening her practice in Atlanta. She spent her senior year studying in Paris, and she and her husband worked in Manhattan until their first child was born. Upon returning to Atlanta, Linda opened her eponymous firm that now employs twelve architects working on a diverse range of projects across the country; from conception through construction to installation; and across all architectural vernaculars.

As a second-generation American with Italian roots, and while studying in Paris, Linda traveled to Rome where she found her true passion and her emotional home: Italy. Today, Linda continues to direct her architectural firm from her offices in Atlanta, but she escapes to Italy several times each year where she finds not only architectural inspiration, but an intangible inspiration from all aspects, including the arts, food, and clothing.

With a deep understanding of classical architecture; a lifestyle that balances the best of the American South with Italian family roots; and experience as a working mother and a successful entrepreneur, Linda MacArthur understands the business of creating homes for her clients.
